What is going on with you during week 34?

When you laugh, cough, sneeze a small amount of urine may leak. This condition, known as stress incontinence, is caused by growing pressure of your uterus on your bladder. You can minimize this problem by emptying your bladder often, avoiding caffeinated beverages, citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, spicy foods and carbonated drinks as these irritate the bladder. Kegels help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Maintain your weight at the moderate level to reduce the amount of pressure on your bladder. Finally, get into the habit of wearing a panty liner.
